Hi! My name is Skyler Holobach and I'm a fixer. I walk into companies where something important is broken, figure out what's actually wrong (which is usually not what everyone thinks is wrong), and build the systems that make scaling possible without one person holding every thread. I've done it across startups and enterprise, in technical weeds and boardrooms, and I've been trusted by CEOs, engineering teams, and everyone in between to tell the truth and then do something about it.
I'm also someone who burned out spectacularly, rebuilt slowly, and came out the other side with a very specific understanding of why high-performance cultures break the people inside them, and what it actually takes to recover.
The operational chaos that makes a company miserable to work at and the personal exhaustion that makes a person miserable to be are almost always the same problem from two different angles. I've spent my career fixing both, and I built Threadsmith Group because I wanted to do it on my own terms, for people and companies who are ready to actually change something.
I live in Athens, Georgia. I fight with swords (Historical European Martial Arts, to be specific, which is exactly as fun as it sounds). I crochet. I make tufted rugs. I contain multitudes, and I bring all of them to this work, because the best operators I know are curious about everything and bored by nothing.
