re:thread is live
A new blog on email deliverability and the stuff that actually breaks sending programs, from someone who spent 10 years on the escalation side.
This is the first post on re:thread, where I will be writing about email deliverability from the operations side: how sending programs break, how ESP compliance teams think about the senders they review, and what a remediation case needs to say when it has to land.
I have a backlog of posts I have been drafting in my head for years. They will show up here one at a time, in no particular order, scoped to whatever is bothering me that week.
